HCCFirstLook: Where They Found Her by Kimberly McCreight

WhereTheyFoundHerCalling all readers!

We’re bringing back #HCCFirstLook! We are looking for TEN keen readers to read advanced copies of Where They  Found Her, the new novel by Kimberly McCreight, author of Reconstructing Amelia.

Here’s how it will work:

Step 1: We’ll pick 10 readers, from the submissions,  to have the ‘First Look’ at Where They Found Her. They’ll receive an advanced reader copy and a letter from us explaining the program.

Step 2: The 10 readers have a month to read the book.

Step 3: After reading, the #HCCFirstLook participants email us their reviews. We will then share the reviews on SavvyReader.ca.

Step 4: We then ask that the #HCCFirstLook participants do any 3 of the following:

  • Add Where They Found Her to their 50 Book Pledge shelf
  • Add Where They Found Her to a Pinterest board
  • Post a review on Amazon.ca
  • Post a review on Goodreads
  • Instagram a photo of the book
  • Post about Where They Found Her on Facebook
  • Tweet about Where They Found Her

Interested? Send us an email to savvyreader@harpercollins.com, or enter via the HCC Facebook page. Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, March 18th.

We’re excited to be starting up #HCCFirstLook again. Stay tuned for more opportunities, and let us know if you have any suggestions!

Please note, our #HCCFirstLook program is only open to Canadians.

  1. I love to read in bed at night! Sometimes the book is so exciting that I forget that I need sleep too. It is difficult for me to find enjoyable books at my local library which is in a super-Christian area, so most of the books reflect that genre…!!!
