Events This Week: October 22nd Edition

Last week, we mentioned the International Festival of Authors that started in Toronto on Friday. The weekend was a great success – highlights include a reading and interview with Michael Chabon and Junot Diaz – and the festival is in full swing this week! Below we have a list of selected authors and when you can see them (for a full list of the schedule, click here). For information on how to get the most out of the festival, visit Open Book Toronto’s “How-To” guide here! Of course, there are events all across Canada. Ottawa has various guests throughout the week for their own Ottawa Writers Festival, and there are individual author visits in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Ontario and New Brunswick.
