Events This Week: October 1

Hello book-lovers! It is another busy week across Canada and we can’t help but be excited! With all these fun events ahead, it almost doesn’t need to be a holiday weekend!

Ontario

October 1: Mitch Albom, author of The Time Keeper, will be at Chapters Queensway, in Toronto at 7PM. Details here.

October 1: Val McDermid, author of The Vanishing Point, will be at Toronto Reference Library, in Toronto at 7PM. Details here.

October 3: Amanda Lang, author of The Power of Why will be at the CBC Launch Party, in Toronto at 12PM. Details here.

October 4: Pauline Holdstock, author of Into the Heart of the Country, will be at The Heliconian Club, in Toronto at 7:30PM. Details here.

October 5: Kenny Rogers, author of Luck or Something Like It, will be at Walmart, in Hamilton at 4:30PM to meet fans and pose for pictures with anyone who buys a book.

Quebec

October 2: Taras Grescoe, author of Straphanger, will be at McGill University Bookstore, in Montreal at 5:30PM .

Yukon Territories

October 4: Lesley Livingston, author of Starling, will be at the Yellowknife Public Library, in Yellowknife at 7PM. Details here.
